Ute tray installation
Tub off, tray on, lights wired — done properly in a day at our Ningi workshop.
What we do
We take your ute from tub to tray in one go. The factory tub comes off (we dispose of it or set it aside for you), the tray is mounted square and torqued to spec, the tail lights and number plate light are wired and working, mudguards go back on and the fuel filler is relocated or extended to clear the tray. On a cab chassis there is no tub to pull — the tray bolts straight up once we match the mounts.
Bring a tray you have already bought, or grab one from our used stock and have it fitted the same day. We are in Ningi, 45 minutes north of Brisbane, and cover the whole South East Queensland corridor.
Tub Removal & Disposal
We pull the factory tub and get rid of it, or set it aside for you to keep or sell.
Tray Fitted & Torqued
Mounted square, packed and torqued to spec so it sits right and stays put.
Lights Wired Legal
Tail lights and number plate light wired and working, plate bracket fitted.
Guards & Fuel Filler
Mudguards refitted and the fuel filler relocated or extended to clear the tray.

Questions
How long does a tray install take?
Most installs are done the same day. Drop it off in the morning and it is usually ready that afternoon. We will give you a firm turnaround when you book.
Can I supply my own tray?
Yes. Fit a tray you have already bought, or buy one from our used stock and we will fit it the same visit.
Do you wire the tail lights and number plate light?
Yes, every tray install includes the tail lights and number plate light wired and working, with the plate bracket fitted.
How much is it?
