Professional fitting at our Ningi workshop by qualified tradies. Weekend appointments available: drop the ute off and we'll call you when it's ready. Pricing covers installation only; trays and accessories are sold separately.
New fitting and mounting hardware is supplied and fitted with every installation. We also rewire with waterproof plugs to make future changeovers straightforward.
Tub Removal + Tray Install
$975
Removal of tub with free disposal, installation of tray, fit mudguards, wire in tail lights & number plate lights (if applicable), and relocate the fuel filler as best as possible using your tub's existing parts. Our most popular job.
Please note: if the tray you pick isn't a direct bolt-on to your vehicle, the $250 mounting bracket adjustment will be needed.
Tray-to-Tray Swap

Remove your existing tray and fit a different one, supplied by us or brought by you. Fitted, aligned and sitting straight.
For utes that already have a tray fitted. Factory tub removal is covered by the $975 package.
Cab Chassis Tray Install — Post or Pre Delivery

For a cab chassis with no tray fitted. Buy a tray from us or bring your own. We'll install it, fit mudguards, wire in tail lights & number plate lights (if applicable).
Canopy Install

Buy one from us or bring your own. Mounted and secured with new fitting hardware supplied and fitted.
Pricing shown applies to aluminium trays and aluminium canopies only. Steel products, custom fabrication and vehicle-specific modifications are quoted separately.

Will a used ute tray fit my Hilux, Ranger or Triton?
Most of our trays are fully adjustable, so they bolt up to most makes and models: Hilux, Ranger, Triton, D-MAX, BT-50, Navara and more. Even if a tray's pictured on a different ute, there's a good chance it'll fit yours. Send us your make, model and cab type and we'll confirm before you put any money down.
How long does a tray installation take?
Most jobs are done in a day. Drop your ute at our Ningi workshop in the morning and we'll remove the tub, fit the tray, wire the tail lights and number plate lights, then call you when it's ready.
What does the $200 deposit cover?
It holds your chosen tray so it doesn't sell out from under you, and locks in your fitting slot. Good trays can sell within days, so the deposit is how you guarantee the one you want.
Do you buy used trays, tubs and canopies?
Yes. We buy used trays, tubs, canopies and toolboxes across South East Queensland. Send a few photos and your asking price through the contact form or Facebook and we'll get back to you, usually the same day.
Where are you located? Do you deliver?
Our workshop and yard are in Ningi QLD, about 45 minutes north of Brisbane. Viewings are by appointment. We service the whole SEQ corridor, Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast, and can usually sort delivery if you can't get to us.
Is the stock inspected before sale?
Every tray, canopy and tub gets checked before it's listed. If something's worn, dented or marked, the listing says so and the price reflects it.
